The requirement specifications will be sent to Myanmar. Design : Logical and physical design will be performed jointly or by ACE. Program Development : All programs will be developed at ACE in Myanmar. Testing : The development team (ACE) will perform unit and integrated testing at ACE in Myanmar. OTHER PARTY will perform acceptance testing. ACE software engineers can work at OTHER PARTY sites (or Users' sites) to assist testing. Documentation : ACE will prepare system documentation and user guide. Implementation : OTHER PARTY will be responsible for implementation process at Client site. ACE software engineers can work at OTHER PARTY sites to assist implementation. Maintenance : OTHER PARTY will prepare modification requirements and sent to ACE. ACE will modify the programs. Modification can be on-line. Fee : ACE will calculate the man-months required for the tasks to be done by ACE and charge by monthly basis. On site engineers will have to be paid traveling and living allowances by OTHER PARTY. ACE SE at OTHER site for Requirement Definition Requirement Definition : ACE software engineers stay at OTHER PARTY sites or client sites as an agent to obtain requirement specifications or modification suggestions.These requirement specifications will be sent to Myanmar to develop software. When the project is introduced, one or more systems analysts form ACE comes to OTHER PARTY site(s) to prepare requirement definition and system design. The system development team from ACE will follow to develop the programs at OTHER PARTY SITE. The team will prepare documentation and will perform unit testing and integration testing. OTHER PARTY will responsible for implementation process. Fee: ACE will calculate the man-months required for the task to be done by ACE and charge by monthly basis. On site engineers will have to be paid traveling and living allowances. Program Development : All programs will be developed at ACE in Myanmar. Testing : The development team at ACE will perform unit and integrated testing. OTHER PARTY will perform acceptance testing. JOINT Development Team in Myanmar Establish a separate software development team (or any other business organization form) that comprises ACE and OTHER PARTY Staff. It is dedicated to develop the software for OTHER PARTY. Accept requirement specification from OTHER PARTY and Software development will be done in Myanmar. Testing, documentation and user guide preparation will be done by this team. Contract Staff from ACE ACE staff works at OTHER PARTY sites by contract. These staff will be under OTHER PARTY management during the contract period. They have to return to ACE after contract period. ACE as recruitment agency ACE recruits software engineers for OTHER PARTY. ACE can also provide intensive training in Myanmar before sending the software engineers to OTHER PARTY.
