ACE Hotel Management Information System

ACE Hotel Management information system is a web-enabled, scalable and reliable hotel information system at the (age) e-commerce. ACE HMIS software brings the cyberspace technology advantages to every hotelier by providing Direct-to-Hotel reservation services to its global customers.

The system was designed to fit not only small hotel but also to very large hotels. It is also designed as an ASP (Application Service Providers) hosting and serving data processing tasks of many hotels.

The system adapts pure Microsoft DNA technology and designed as multi tier application.

ACE Hotel Management Information System consists of following modules. Those modules can be used
independently or integrated as the whole hotel solution system.

Reservation Module Front Office Module Back Office Module


An active Reservation module provides non-stop, direct-to-hotel on line reservation from Internet. Individual person or a travel agent can make reservation via Internet.

Facilities Font Office Module covers from registration through various types of POS Interface, PABX interface, housekeeping user checkout to daily cutoff night auditing.
